By using BKPR, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Public-alpha software

BKPR is unfinished public-alpha software. Features, balancing, supporter benefits, saved-game formats, and availability may change. Bugs and interruptions are expected. Reasonable care will be taken with saved games, but uninterrupted access or preservation of alpha saves is not guaranteed.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Provide accurate information, do not share access in a way that creates abuse, and notify BKPR if you believe your account is compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, evade limits, access another player’s data, upload malicious material, reverse engineer private services, or use BKPR unlawfully. Access may be limited or terminated to protect players and the service.

Free and supporter features

Guest players receive one browser-local save. Free accounts receive one cloud save and a limited-size yard. Active Patreon support unlocks the supporter benefits described on the support page. Patreon payments and cancellations are handled by Patreon under its terms.

Beekeeping information

BKPR is educational entertainment, not professional agricultural, veterinary, medical, or legal advice. Real colonies, local laws, climates, and safety requirements vary. Consult qualified local experts before acting with live bees.

Intellectual property

BKPR’s original code, writing, artwork, characters, music, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal gameplay sharing, screenshots, commentary, and streaming are welcome. Do not redistribute game assets or present BKPR content as your own.

Disclaimer and liability

BKPR is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. The creator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the alpha. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
